Sawyer Water Filters have Proven Superiority

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., – July 20, 2018, Personal water filters produced by Sawyer Products, a leading manufacturer in personal water filtration systems, have been proven more effective compared to competitor brand filtration systems. A preliminary study by the Clean Water Institute at Calvin College inGrand Rapids, Mich., confirmed physical differences in the Florida-based company’s filter fibers that cause them to not only be more effective but to last longer.

Sawyer Products has been at the forefront of water filtration technology for more than 20 years. Always looking for ways to solidify the quality of their product, the study, led by Dr. David Wunder, was commissioned by Sawyer to find how the radical geometry of Sawyer’s hollow-fiber membranes compared to that of other commercially available units. In other words- the study was conducted to seejust how Sawyer filters measure up to the competition.
