"The Sawyer MINI is amazingly light and fast. It filters much faster than I expected. Roll the bottom of the squeeze bag gently like a toothpaste tube and clean water flows quickly into a bottle or a drinking bag. It even improved the taste of 'safe' water that was clear but had an aftertaste when consumed unfiltered. Replace the hard plastic packaging with a kitchen storage bags (freezer bags are more durable) and it takes up very little pack space. I used it to demonstrate water filtration at a Scouting event and everyone was impressed by the size and speed. This has earned a permanent spot in my backpack. I bought some extra 1-liter Platypus bags for the clean water."
