My AZT Gear List
No other topic is more hotly contested than what gear is best for a thru-hike. Some hikers will make decisions based on weight, brand, what other people are using, color, what they already have, etc. Each decision is personal and, as long as you have what you need to survive (also hotly contested!), who cares what people are packing?
