Claycomb: Perch Fishing

I heard that everyone and their brother has been catching perch at CJ, so I thought I’d better go hit them. Buddy, Alex Murashko has been telling me that he wanted to go fishing, so I invited him along. Idaho is known nationwide as a perch haven, with Lake Cascade being ground zero. But since CJ was hot right now and closer, we hit it.

I have spots on CJ where I do ok, but when we stopped at the gas station in Grandview, there were a couple of boats that had racked up on the perch. They told me exactly where to go and what to use-red jigs.
